Incoming inspection
Match the carton, the vial, and the CoA before a batch enters inventory.
Solvent compatibility
Select first solvents from charge and hydrophobicity, then check the assay.
Reconstitution
Wet the cake, avoid foam, document concentration basis, plan aliquots first.
Aliquots & freeze–thaw
Freeze once per aliquot. Thaw once. Do not treat the parent vial as a working bottle.
How to read a CoA
Identity is not purity. batch numbers must match the vial in your hand.
Documentation pack
Printable forms for inspection, batch files, excursions, aliquots, and acknowledgement.
What RUO means
RUO vs GMP vs approved drug vs compounded material.
Identity, purity, content
Three different CoA numbers. Do not treat them as one.
Verify a third-party CoA
Seven-point batch match. Independent testing is not FDA approval.
Lyophilized storage
Closed vial, dry, dark, labeled temperature, quarantine until matched.
