Our policy on returns, refunds, replacements, and store credit. Last Updated: October 18, 2026 Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of research-grade peptides and related compounds, all sales through Emerald Tides LLC are generally considered final. However, we may, in our sole discretion, offer returns, refunds, replacements, or account credits in the limited circumstances described below. General Policy We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality, or misuse of products. Products that have been opened, reconstituted, used, improperly stored, or handled in a way that could compromise integrity are not eligible for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Order cancellations may be requested before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Lab Reports Third-party lab reports are posted on our COA page for the products listed there. Not every product has a posted report. Lab reports are not a basis for refunds; refunds are limited to the cases under Damaged or Incorrect Items below. Damaged or Incorrect Items We may consider a refund, replacement, or store credit when: -Products arrive damaged or defective. -Incorrect items were shipped due to our fulfillment error. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide appropriate documentation, including photos and batch numbers, so we can investigate. We reserve the right to determine whether a refund, replacement, or store credit is appropriate. We will not issue refunds for orders that are seized, rejected, returned, or destroyed by customs or other authorities.
