Certificates of Analysis are published on our COAs page and linked from each product page. For documentation on a specific batch, email support@emeraldtides.ai with the product name and batch number. No. Independent third-party testing and Certificates of Analysis provide analytical documentation regarding specific product characteristics. Third-party testing does not constitute FDA approval, authorization, clearance, certification, or endorsement.

Research materials should be handled only by appropriately qualified individuals in suitable research or laboratory environments and in accordance with applicable safety procedures, institutional policies, and relevant laws and regulations. Customers are responsible for determining appropriate handling, storage, and disposal requirements.

Yes. Emerald Tides may also offer apparel and other lifestyle merchandise, including items such as T-shirts, hats, bags, and towels. These merchandise products are separate from Emerald Tides Research Use Only materials and are intended for their ordinary consumer use as apparel or accessories.

Emerald Tides LLC is based in Virginia, and ships research materials within the United States through U.S.-based fulfillment.
12. How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed by 3:00 PM ET on business days typically ship the same day, and most orders arrive within 2–4 days. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships, and all orders ship in plain, discreet packaging.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. Emerald Tides currently ships only within the United States.
13. Do you offer refunds based on independent lab testing?
No. Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be offered only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items reported within 7 days of delivery. Third-party lab reports are posted on our COA page for the products listed there. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
14. How do I read and verify a Certificate of Analysis (CoA)?
Open the report for your product on our COAs page and check the product name, the testing laboratory, the analysis date, and the test methods listed, such as mass spectrometry and HPLC. Our guide, How to read an Emerald Tides CoA, explains each section. A third-party lab report is analytical documentation, not FDA approval.
