Refund and Return Policy

Our policy on returns, refunds, replacements, and independent purity verification.

Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of research-grade peptides and related compounds, all sales through Emerald Tides LLC are generally considered final. However, we may, in our sole discretion, offer returns, refunds, replacements, or account credits in the limited circumstances described below.

General Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality, or misuse of products. Products that have been opened, reconstituted, used, improperly stored, or handled in a way that could compromise integrity are not eligible for return unless required under the Purity Guarantee below.

Order cancellations may be requested before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Emerald Tides Purity Guarantee

Every batch is internally tested and issued a Certificate of Analysis (COA). We also recognize the importance of independent, third-party validation in the scientific community.

If a product purchased from Emerald Tides is independently analyzed and found to fall below our guaranteed purity thresholds, you may be entitled to:

-A Full Refund: A 100% refund of the original purchase price for the specific batch or vial tested.

-Testing Credit: A site credit equal to 25% of the total cost of the third-party test, applicable    toward any future purchase from Emerald Tides.

Guaranteed Purity Thresholds

Due to the varying molecular complexities of synthesized compounds, the following thresholds apply:

-Standard catalog items: guaranteed at 99% purity or higher.

-Complex or specialty peptides: where noted on the product page or COA, a product-specific threshold may apply.

Requirements for Purity Guarantee Eligibility

To qualify for a refund or testing credit under this guarantee, all of the following must be met:

Approved facilities: Testing must be conducted by a recognized independent laboratory such as Janoshik Analytical, Chromate Analysis, or Freedom Diagnostics, or another laboratory we approve in writing.

Verification window: Results must be submitted within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Sample integrity: The test must be performed on an unopened, vacuum-sealed vial from the original Emerald Tides shipment. Tests on reconstituted, tampered, or previously opened vials are ineligible.

Verifiable documentation: Your submission must include the official laboratory report (PDF), a verifiable link to the results on the laboratory’s public database, and a copy of the testing invoice (required to calculate the 25% testing credit).

Product return: If a test confirms purity below the applicable threshold, a refund is issued once any remaining product from the same order has been returned within 7 days. Only the vial that was tested is refunded; remaining units from the order must be returned before the refund and testing credit are processed.

Purity Guarantee Submission

Email your results and testing invoice to support@emeraldtides.ai with the subject line: “Quality Verification – Order #[Your Order Number].” Once we verify the report and invoice with the laboratory, your refund and site credit will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We may consider a refund, replacement, or store credit when:

-Products arrive damaged or defective.

-Incorrect items were shipped due to our fulfillment error.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide appropriate documentation, including photos and lot numbers, so we can investigate. We reserve the right to determine whether a refund, replacement, or store credit is appropriate.

Customs, Seizures, and Regulatory Holds

You are solely responsible for compliance with all import, customs, and regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction. We will not issue refunds for orders that are seized, rejected, returned, or destroyed by customs or other authorities.

This Refund Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Shipping Policy. Nothing in this policy implies that our products are fit for any use other than in-vitro laboratory research.
