Emerald Tides LLC ships orders within the United States using major carriers based on destination and service availability. USPS is used for shipments to P.O. Boxes when carrier rules allow.

Orders placed by 1:00 PM Eastern Time on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed after this cutoff, or on weekends and U.S. federal holidays, ship on the next business day. Processing times are estimates and may vary during high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates and carrier options are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected service level. Rates and available carriers are subject to change without notice.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging that does not identify the contents or nature of the products inside.

Tracking

When your order ships, tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination and are not guaranteed.

Risk of Loss

You are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier.
